PRONOUNS

Pronouns are words that we use in place of Nouns (or other Pronouns) in a sentence to make it less repetitive and less awkward. Some of the most common Pronouns are - he, she, you, they, it, etc. These Pronouns are divided into different categories based on their use.

Type of pronounce:

Personal pronouns

Personal pronoun describes the person speaking (I, me, we, us), the person spoken to (you), or the person or thing spoken about (he, she, it, they, him, her, them).

Example : Did you go to home? , We love our country.

Possessive pronoun

Possessive Pronoun indicates close possession or ownership or relationship of a thing/person to another thing/person. e.g. yours, mine, his,  hers, ours, theirs, hers.

Example : the book is mine.

Reflexive pronoun

Reflexive pronoun describes noun when subject’s action affects the subject itself.

e.g himself, yourself, herself, ourselves, themselves, itself  are reflexive pronouns.

Example : You should think about yourself.

DEFINITION OF SUBJECT, VERB, COMPLEMENT, AND MODIFIER

Subject

The subject of a sentence is the noun, pronoun or noun phrase that precedes and governs the main verb. The subject is the part of the sentence that performs an action or which is associated with the action.

Example :

·         Yogyakarta is beautiful

·         Aisyah plays the piano

Verb

Verbs are a class of words used to show the performance of an action (do, throw, run), existence (be), possession (have), or state (know, love) of a subject. To put it simply a verb shows what something or someone does.

Example :

·         Nadia is jogging in the morning.

Complement

Complements are words that come after linking verbs and modify nouns. The most common noun complements are adjectives and nouns, but can be many other parts of speech as well

Example :

·         My aunty is a doctor

·         A pencil is on the table

Modifier

To change some parts of (something) while not changing other parts. Grammar : to limit or describe the meaning of (a word or group of words).

Example :

·         I posted my application yesterday

Telling About My Self

Hello..

My name is Nur Arif Mutaqin, i am usually to be called nur arif or arif. I will telling about my self .

I was Born in Kuningan, 24 maret 1994.  I live in jl.dahlia 4 no 39 perumnas ciporang, West Java. I just live with my parents because i haven't sister or brother. my hobby listening music and watching movie.

I graduated from SDN 1 ciporang in 2006/2007 , after that I continue to SMP N 1 kuningan and I graduated in 2009/2010. For Senior High School I choose Senior High School in SMA N 1 kuningan  and I graduated in 2012/2013. Now I am studying in Gunadarma University and i choose Accounting because I like calculate, analyze
